BIO
I m a facilitator, educator, and process designer with a deep commitment to helping people and organizations grow with intention. My work lives at the intersection of learning, leadership, and transformation. I guide individuals, teams, and institutions through reflective and future-oriented processes that align the inner with the outer — where personal clarity meets purposeful action.
With a background in innovation and education, I have spent over a decade designing learning journeys, workshops, and co-creation formats that foster awareness, collaboration, and creativity. Whether I'm working with students, leaders, or cross-sector teams, I aim to create spaces where people feel safe to explore, reflect, and lead from a more authentic place.
Before stepping fully into this work, I trained and worked as a modern dancer and choreographer — a practice that rooted me in the wisdom of the body and the intelligence of presence. Today, that sensibility continues to shape my work. I am also a certified yin yoga and meditation teacher, and I often bring embodied practices, visualisations, and reflective techniques into my workshops and leadership sessions.
Through Mind my work, I guide professionals, leaders, and teams on a journey — from attention (awareness of what is), through intention (connecting with what matters), to agency (taking meaningful, conscious action). Together, we explore how inner shifts can lead to outer transformation — in leadership, in collaboration, and in the futures we create.

Extraordinary things begin to happen when we dare to bring all of who we are to work.

Organizations, like nature, are dynamic, living organisms that evolve, adapt over time and grow with the world around them. We are in perpetual motion towards greater meaning and purpose.
