I specialize in inner and embodied leadership development — strengthening the conditions from which individuals, leaders, and organisations lead and transform.

 

With more than a decade of experience designing and facilitating transformation and learning processes, innovation initiatives, startup programmes, and leadership development processes across education and cross-sector contexts, I work at the intersection of leadership, learning, and systems transformation.

• +15 years of experience in innovation, learning design, and facilitation

• Former innovation consultant and educator at EK - Erhvervsakademi København (former KEA)

• Former innovation consultant at University of Copenhagen (KU Lighthouse) working with interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation

• Designed and facilitated hackathons, innovation processes, and learning programmes across education and organisations

• Worked closely with startups, students, and professionals on strategy, concept development, and communication

• Experience with multi-stakeholder collaborations and international projects

Earlier in my career, I trained and worked as a modern dancer and choreographer — an experience that cultivated a deep understanding of presence, non-verbal intelligence, and embodied awareness. I am also a certified yin yoga and meditation teacher. Today, I continue draw on contemplative and embodied disciplines to deepen reflective and leadership practice.

 

Through Mind my work, I have developed the Inner Leadership Framework — a structured approach to strengthening awareness, intentional alignment, and conscious action in leadership contexts.
